Shipping policy
Packing and shipping charges
All flat rates apply per order and delivery address. The delivery destination determines the applicable rate.
Private customers (B2C)
- Germany: €5.95 including VAT.
- Other EU member states: €19.95 including VAT.
Approved business customers (B2B)
B2B terms apply to customers registered or approved by us as a business and ordering for that business. In the online shop, login with the assigned business account is required. If the B2B shipping option is not available at checkout, please request a quotation before ordering.
- Germany: €5.00 excluding VAT; free shipping from a net goods value of €500.00.
- Other EU member states: €20.00 excluding VAT; free shipping from a net goods value of €1,000.00.
Free-shipping thresholds refer to the goods value after discounts, excluding VAT and shipping. Separate orders are not combined. VAT is added to net amounts where legally due. Tax exemptions require the legal conditions to be met and the necessary evidence to be provided.
Outside the EU (B2C and B2B)
Actual packing and shipping charges are calculated individually according to destination, weight, dimensions and shipping method. Request a quotation at info@pelikans-hockey.de before placing a binding order. Shipping charges are expressly agreed before the contract is concluded. Shipping on request does not mean free shipping.
The recipient bears any import duties, import VAT and clearance charges in the destination country unless the quotation states otherwise. VAT exemption applies only where the legal requirements are met.
Delivery and collection
The delivery time stated before ordering or agreed in the quotation applies. For advance-payment orders, we ship after receipt of payment. Partial deliveries initiated by us do not incur additional shipping charges. For agreed collection, please wait for our collection confirmation.
