Refund policy

This withdrawal policy applies to consumers. A consumer is a natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of the goods. If multiple goods in a single order are delivered separately, the period starts upon receipt of the last item. If goods are delivered in multiple lots or pieces, the period starts upon receipt of the last lot or piece.

We will acknowledge receipt of your withdrawal without delay, for example by email.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, except additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than our least expensive standard delivery. Reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your withdrawal. We will use the same payment method as the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; no reimbursement fees will be charged. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before that period expires.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Individually manufactured goods and business customers

There is no statutory right of withdrawal for goods that are not prefabricated and whose production is determined by your individual selection or specification, or that are clearly personalised to your needs. Merely choosing a usual standard size or standard colour does not automatically trigger this exclusion.

Business customers do not have a statutory consumer right of withdrawal. Statutory rights concerning defective goods remain unaffected for both consumers and businesses.
